To say this was a fun day would be an understatement, Ben & Jemma had a small wedding in the morning before meeting up with more friends and family in the afternoon at the Royal Botanic Gardens In Edinburgh.
The wedding was spread out across the city as you can see by the selection below.
I have decided to make the majority of this post just images of the happy couple as they seemed so relaxed and gave me so much variety to choose from.
I have had a busy few months of working and barely had any time to reflect on some of the great weddings that I have had the pleasure of photographing, One of the 1st weddings of the year was that of Mr & Mrs Lucas at the Apex Hotel in the Grass-market area of Edinburgh. It was a very wet & Windy day however that did not get in the way of this very happy couples big day.
Below is a very small example of the days events.
All the best to you both.
Below is a small selection of Mr & Mrs Hunters wedding at Archerfield House. Do not be fooled be the nice blue sky it was a very cold afternoon. Steven & Laura braved the elements to get a wide variety of images.
When I was asked to photograph the wedding of mr & mrs Reidie at the Apex International Hotel in the beautiful Grass market area of Edinburgh I was delighted as I had photographed this venue many times before.I was happy when the new couple asked me to try and get as wide a variety of shots as possible in and around the hotel.
As the Edinburgh festival was still in full swing the streets were very busy at times however we had a great afternoon and managed to achieve a great selection of images. The sun beamed down on the newlyweds as the crowds of people looked on.
Congratulations to the happy couple –
